I created Feminine Flow Eating™ because every “normal” approach to food made me feel insane.
I'm a former Chemical Engineer turned Somatic Women's Health Coach, Pilates Instructor, Certified Somatic Coach, and the creator of Feminine Flow Eating™.
I became obsessed with one question:
Why do naturally lean women eat so effortlessly while the rest of us have to think about food all day?
For over 10 years, I treated my body like an engineering problem to solve. I counted calories, tracked macros, chased the "perfect" body, and believed more discipline was always the answer.
I lived almost entirely in my masculine energy: thinking, analysing, optimising, and trying to control my body into becoming someone I loved.
It worked... until it didn't.
I looked healthy on the outside, but food (and my body) occupied almost all space in my mind.
Everything changed when I stopped trying to outsmart my body and started learning how to understand it.
Through years of studying biology, gut health, neuroscience, nervous system regulation, somatics, and feminine energy, I discovered something that completely changed my life:
Naturally lean women don't eat from their brains. They eat from their bodies.
Their hunger, fullness, satisfaction, and intuition aren't things they have to calculate; they're things they can actually FEEL.
THAT’S the feminine.
Not being passive. Not wearing dresses. Not giving up ambition.
But coming back into relationship with your body. When your body feels safe eating (and staying naturally lean) becomes simple again.
That's why I created Feminine Flow Eating, to help women do the same.
Through a combination of neuroscience, gut-brain science, somatic healing and a feminine flow approach, I teach you how to heal the emotional root cause that keeps driving your chaotic eating, and reconnect with your body's inner intelligence that you were born with… so food is just food again, and you get back to living your vibrant life.
Because food was never supposed to be the centre of your life. It’s a natural normal uncomplicated function of the body. It should feel as easy as breathing.
